Fueling Dreams, Funding Futures.

At The Climb, we believe that financial support is more than just money — it’s belief in a young person’s future. Our scholarship fund exists to support Black youth who demonstrate resilience, purpose, and a desire to rise in their education or career journey.
This mission is deeply personal to our founder, Eyerusalem Tadese, who received a scholarship in Grade 12 — a moment that not only relieved financial stress but filled her and her late father, Ameha Gugessa, with immense pride. His joy in that moment planted a vision: that more youth should feel that same sense of being seen, celebrated, and supported. These scholarships are one way we continue his legacy — by helping others rise through belief and opportunity.
